Pure Italian Craftsmanship

Our olives are grown on small family estates in Italy, harvested by hand, and cold-extracted using traditional mechanical methods.

The result is an exceptionally smooth, vibrant olive oil with naturally low acidity and remarkable freshness.

Not all olive oils are created equal. Two indicators determine true extra-virgin quality: acidity and peroxide value.

Naturally Low Acidity

Acidity shows how pure and healthy the olives were at pressing.

Our value of 0.3% is significantly below the 0.8% limit for extra virgin oils, placing us in the top quality range.

Outstanding Peroxide Value — 6

The peroxide index measures early oxidation.

A value of 6 (well below the extra virgin limit of 20) indicates:

 

  • high stability

  • superior freshness

  • better shelf life

  • preserved aroma and color

 

This ensures that the fruity, green notes of our Arbequina–Picual blend remain vibrant long after bottling.
